High-speed cutting of carbon, stainless, aluminum, and copper sheet to 1 inch. Tight tolerances, clean edges on first pass.
Tube Laser 3D Cutting
Multi-axis cutting on round, square, and structural tube up to production volume. Two BLM tube lasers running in parallel.
CNC Press Brake Forming
Precision bending and forming to ±0.005 inch across repeat jobs and complex part families. 225-ton and 400-ton capacity.
Robotic + Manual Welding
AWS D1.1 certified MIG, TIG, and robotic welding cells. 15 welders on staff for production runs and one-off work.
In-House Powder Coat
Pretreatment, coating, and cure on a fully automated line. No paint vendor delays. No paint vendor finger-pointing.
Assembly + Electrical Test
Panel build, hi-pot, and megger testing before equipment ships. Full documentation included with every release.
